Shop Policies

All inquires about purchases MUST be sent via email. We cannot assist with any order issues or questions sent via Instagram due to the amount of DMs received per day. We want to be able to reach you and answer questions in a timely manner and resolve any issues quickly. We cannot promise that through Instagram’s platform. Please do not DM about your order and instead, reach us directly by emailing if you have any questions or need assistance. We answer all order questions sent by email within 24 hours or less except on weekends.



Returns & Exchanges


We accept exchanges and returns if the item is still in brand new condition on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your item, we will do our best to resolve issues immediately. Exchanges and returns will be honored if you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Once receiving the item back from you, a refund or an exchange can be provided with credit or an item of equal value.




Items will ship within a processing window of 10-15 business days of receiving cleared payment. This does not include shipping time once it has been dropped off at the post office. The majority of our items are made to order and we are a two-person team. Please be patient with us and remember the spirit of slow fashion and handmade. All orders will ship to your PayPal address or address provided in Shopify unless other arrangements are made. U.S. Orders below 13oz will ship USPS First Class unless you have upgraded to Priority Shipping. U.S. orders over 13oz will ship Priority Mail. All orders include tracking. We drop off packages every Tuesday of the week, so if your label says “pre-shipment” and has not updated, please wait until Tuesday to see an update. It may have been packaged but not dropped off yet. 

We are not responsible for packages once once we have delivered them to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact us before purchasing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and cannot issue refunds or replacements if these issues occur.
